Location: Fultonville, NY

Pay: $16.50/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p with Saturdays as needed.

We are hiring a Production Worker to join our team! You will operate machinery and equipment, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields
• Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily plant operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or operational issues promptly.
• Load and unload materials and equipment efficiently.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Log and record equipment readings and operational data accurately.
• Suggest innovative improvements to enhance plant efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in plant operations or related fields is preferred.
• Proficiency with plant tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical stamina to handle a demanding workload.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
